Nope.
We just had a nutritionalist make up a food plan for us, like 1800 calories. I just asked my wife, apparently it is called True Star. The main concept is you balance carbs fat and protien and it raises your metabolism.
The first day was hard, I thought I was going to starve and the second day it got easier, and since then it seems like I am eatting to much because I get full so easy.
edit: Sounds like you are drinking enough pepsi to double your needed daily calories. Switch to diet or better yet water, and you will see a big difference.
