Go back and read through this thread to view how the impact was felt. Everything is relative of course and there really isn't a great mobility company operating in Canada for the time being, but Roger's played this week well coming out smelling like roses.
As has been said before, they have tipped their hats by offering the 30$ for 6GB plan. Bell and Telus both offer unlimited plans. If they don't continue to compete, the CDMA network will eventually get some decent phones and Roger's will lose business.
Then again, over all Roger's has never demonstrated a large sense of business savvy, so I could just be hoping on nothing.
