All I'm saying is that charging for received messages makes no business sense. Increase the charge for sending them if you have to, but don't punish people for receiving things they have NO CONTROL over.
Besides, it's much easier to increase the cost to send then it is to try and implement some method of blocking incoming messages for users. Overall, it's just a dumb idea from any angle.
