This may not be for everyone, but what I usually do is buy two boxes. Only make one of the boxes, but take the cheese packets out of
both boxes, and use it for only the one box you are cooking. Pathetically I've been told by multiple sources that I make the best KD they've ever had, so you may want to listen to me on this one.
