I think someone with a passion for a team like Jesse has for the Jets goes a long way in making a good GM and making an expansion team successful. Pride in what you do is even more important than winning, and if you base your interest and success on that then I think Jesse and the Jets (hehe cool name :P) would be a good match.

BTW I have not had any problems dealing with the Stars. We have not made any trades, but that is because we want the same thing for our team. We discussed several deals that never came to fruition.
