Service is god awful. Don't touch Telus TV it with a 10 foot pole, unless you don't mind it being down for weeks at a time. And when I say weeks, I am not exaggerating.
Maybe a couple of years from now, when the kinks are ironed out, it will be a good option. right now, it is all problems and not one of Telus's thousands of employees has any clue how to fix them.
Just righting about it, makes me want to bang my head against the wall.
