I have it in Vancouver, and I think its pretty good bang for the buck. However, I have experienced some problems with it and support has ranged from mediocre to atrocious. When everything is working well, it suits my needs much better than any other service because I can pick and choose my channels with a bit more flexability than shaws packages full of channels I don't need.

HD channels look fantastic, and they have a decent selection of HD. Standard def doesn't look very good compared to shaw. They do offer video on demand and pay per view, but I've never used it.

Basically, I would suggest it if you only want select channels and don't need an extensive tv package. If you want a better all around package and you are the type of person who will likely order ppv's, needs things like NHL centre ice, and you actually will be watching a lot of tv, I'd stick with shaw.
