do you have an older style DPT (digital phone terminal) where the battery pack is separate from the unit itself, or one of the newer DPT's with the battery built in? if it's the older one and you want to reset it, make sure you're unplugging the power from the DPT itself and not from the wall or anything. if it's a newer one, you're gonna have to pull the battery out so that it actually powers off. if your DPT is in an easily reachable area, then it's just a matter of taking off the bottom panel (click lock cover, like a tv remote) and pulling the battery out for a few seconds
if you're still having issues PM me and i'll take a look at your account when i'm at work tomorrow and can book you a service call if needed. since your internet is working and it's not likely signal issues, it may be a problem with the DPT itself and it might need to be swapped
