Burnett, CC Sabathia, Randy Wolf and Rich Harden were named as targets for the Cubs, but they dont have much to offer in the way of prospects.
I doubt they would part with him but this young kid - Ryan Theriot - has been dynamite for the Cubs so far. Depending on how desperate they get and what Burnett's value is, this would be ideal for the Jays.

By reading the article from TSN, it sounded like the Jays are trying to obtain an MLB ready Shortstop for Burnett. Not sure about prospects....
