This is a photograph of someone affected with Rocky mountain spotted fever. It is a blotchy rash, not really a case of "isolated bites". like wise if this was a tick that transmitted Lyme disease. The characteristic bite in Lyme Disease is a single bite mark with a large Bullseye ring surrounding the initial bite.
Doesn't sound like spotted fever but then again I am not a physician I only play one on internet message boards.
