Clearly you have ebola. Go to a doctor but stay the heck away from everybody and anything.
Ok, so maybe it isn't ebola, but still go to a doctor. Especially if you don't see much markings and it still hurts. Likely nothing to worry about and a doctor telling you as much will do wonders to your stress level.
A few months back I felt a slight pain or abnormal feeling in my chest. It caused me to worry that I was going to have a heart-attack. It was an extremely stressful time at work, and my wife had just gave birth to our 2nd son. I couldn't sleep one night due to these pains so I finally decided to go to the doctor. After being checked out I was told that nothing was wrong with my heart and that I should manage the stress in my life better. I haven't felt a single thing since. The stress from work was managable, but the thought of being on the brink of a heart attack made it worse.
Even when something is hardly on your mind it can compound and make the situation seem worse. Get a doctor to either ease your mind or get the problem fixed.
