Thanks Puxlut, I'm actually living in Saskatchewan though. After 1 full year of employment, we're given 3 weeks vacation, and then 1.25 days/month after the 1 year mark.

I worked 13 full months, so I'm given the 15 days + 1.25 = 16.25

I think I'm going to talk to my boss today to get this all straightened out.
