Sorry to bump this one again, but I just thought I'd let you know that I've had the milk two mornings in a row, and two days in a row I feel fine. Glad I had the guts to try it (pun intended).
I think part of the reason is that it is skim milk.... close to zero fat where bacteria forms easier. I think if it was say 2% or homo, it might go bad much faster.
