Thought I had seen one of those sorting machines in Chinook Centre. TD bank maybe?? They will take a percentage but if you really don't want to roll them yourself thats the price you pay. Might have been in the "old" chinook before the lastest renos.
The casino idea might not be a bad one. Don't walk up and asking if they will do it for you... just take the separated coins in one of those casino bucket thingies and pretend you hit it big on a vlt.
