Last time I called 9-1-1 was when someone had vandalized one of our vehicles in front of our house. Took them almost 3 hours to show up on a Sunday afternoon. He had a fresh coffee in his hand when he came to the door too. Granted it wasn't a life or death situation, but coming to the door with coffee? Not allowed.

Would you prefer them to have there guns drawn ready to hunt down the perpetrator? 911 is for emergencies not when your car is vandalized
