I've only ever been on one blind date and I was 18. Young and inexperienced. My friend wanted to set me up because I'm impossibly shy and I agreed because she wouldn't leave me alone. He was a big hockey fan and very family oriented. So I figured we at least had those 2 things in common. Well, by the end of the night, I knew just about everything about his mother. Favourite food, favourite colour, favourite dog, habits, dislikes, etc. By the time dinner was over, I was so glad to get to the movie theatre because at least I wouldn't have to talk there. Ugh. So awful.
