I don't like Canada's group for this stage. It's gonna be damn hard to get points out of Mexico in Mexico. And Jamaica aint bad either, they annihalated the Bahamas. It's hard to find a schedule. The FIFA site is an absolutely hopeless maze.
It goes something like this.

20 August 2008 - Canada-Jamaica (Toronto)
6 September 2008 - away
10 September 2008 - Canada-Honduras (Montreal)
11 October 2008 - away
15 October 2008 - Canada-Mexico (Edmonton)
19 November 2008 -away

You're right, CONCACAF qualfying is a marathon. 6 games in this round then 10 games in the next. But it's good for us! We get to see more!
