I'm a BBQ nut myself. Year round for me.
I have a Broil King Regal 4 BBQ, which is being replaced this year. I'm not sure with what though. I used to work in a BBQ store, so I'm pretty picky about my BBQ's.
My favourite besides the obvious steak, is to cut up onion, mushrooms, red and green peppers and asparagus and marinade them all day in cheap Italian dressing. Heat up the grill and get a BBQ Wok and cook 'em over some soaked wood chips like hickory or mesquite.
