I think what you are describing here is what is killing Brazil right now. They play 4-4-2 with 2 shutdown CM (Gilberto Silva and Mineiro) who the Brazillian press call "A Duo of Plodding Mediocrity".
Looks like what you describe for Aqcuafresca is pretty long odds. Would he be able to make the Olympic team? I just like his name!
