All "supplements" are garbage. They're a waste of money, if you want to waste money then go out and buy whatever GNC is promoting this week.

That being said the following five things are must haves for any heavy lifting regime: Whey Protein powder, Creatine(not the expensive junk, just plain old monohydrate), Glutamine, Multi Vitamins and EFA tabs. Forgot about the "Muscletech" and "Animal Cuts" and all that other jazz. Go and get yourself all of the above, a 3000+ calorie(clean calories!!) diet and a solid workout regiment and I promise you'll gain lean mass.
