I will agree that he has atleast got everyone talking about the environment which is a good think, however, he hypocracy and possible misrepresentation of the facts haven't helped anyone.

I think there is a big difference here. If he just donated a $100 M to lung cancer research but still smokes, does not make him a hypocrit. He is simply trying to help find a cure which one day he will most liekly need.
If he goes on to say that everyone who smokes is a complete moron and it is everyones duty not to smoke, then he is a hyprocrit and should be jumped on.
The problem I see is that he has used more energy than he needs to by a lot, while chastising others for energy consumption.
