The thing is drinking 3-4 beer over a few hours you aren't gonna blow anything near .08, I had a friend who had to take a breathalyzer once at a checkstop after having 4 or 5 over a evening, he was nervous even though he knew he wasnt drunk, ended up he blew .00
.16 isn't a i had 1 too many and made a mistake, .16 is i had a 6 pack to many and am a ###### who shouldn't be driving.
as per the previous link, to hit .16 over a 4 hour period the average guy would need to drink about 10 beer, I would hope no one here would even consider driving home after that kind of drinking.
