Which floor is it on, which floor plan is it and which direction does the suite face? Does it come with a stall? If so, is it separately titled? If not, how much is a stall and what is the availability (is the parkade finished and can a second stall be purchased)?
I'm not trying to waste your time kicking tires (I've considered that building), I'm just asking the questions that I ask about any condo I would consider purchasing.
