Just a few thoughts, theres no ground level dust plumes, usually Hurricanes throw up a lot of debris. This seems pretty clear.

Also the flag is pointed towards the hurricane. From what I understand it would be pointed away from the hurricane or it would be limp.

It looks a little too clean to me.
