The Youngs were born in Scotland, but they were raised in Australia and the band was formed and started playing (and became famous) in Australia. Since you're drafting the band, not the individuals, and the band was born in Aussie, I'd call them Australian.
There's a reason they call them the Thunder from Down Under.
