I have a 3/4 sleeve that I have about an hours worth of touchups on, that was about 20 hours.

I have a "where the wild things are" leg sleeve that is about a year and half in the making and about 3-4 hours from being done. So ankle to kneecap will be finished. I have several others that will most likely be covered by much larger sleeves, rib pieces you name it...

Annnnyyways.. Any place that is good will have a waiting list of several months at a minimum. I booked my sleeve last august. Didn't even start it until February..

Of course it all depends on what you want. Something simple? There will be more shops with less wait time. Something detailed and custom you're waiting several months to a couple years. My gf's tattoo artist is currently bookedup until 2011..
