I don't know if Cito would be the right guy for this team. Cito is better suited to a let them play and I'll keep the ego's in check type of team. He'd probably be perfect for the New York Mets to get them to stop being epic under achievers, maybe even fix up the Tigers. This Jays team probably does have a few ego's, what Baseball team doesnt. But they need a manager who'll try some things and be a bit more active in the game.
