A friend of mine is an instructor at the U of C, and also acts as academic advisor for the department. PeopleSoft has basically become a suitable replacement for pretty much any curse word
in our conversations because of the stories I've heard. The transition there was just a nightmare (not sure what they were using before), especially considering that the software often simply couldn't do what they needed it to do. Not to mention that sometimes the people offering the training had just received the training themselves earlier that same day
