I guarantee that you got a few 'missing ingredients' in your burger. A good rule of thumb is not to mess with people that prepare your food out of your plain sight. Even the Subway and Mr. Sub workers have me worried as it wouldn't be too hard for them to replace one of those squeeze bottles of sauce with some sauce of their own.
