For the Cougar Ridge - Sprinbank leg, it will be interesting to see what the reaction is as this will be a huge killer of property values along the affected route where, in addition to the added noise, there will be homes that currently have mountain views which will no longer have them... all without any benefit to people living in the area as, if anything, it will bring out of town commuters onto Bow Trail and 17th Ave and make downtown commuting times worse.

At least in Bridlewood you are getting a much needed second exit route from the community.

"Luckily" for me, I don't have a mountain view and don't live directly adjacent to the TUC.
