bookmarks.html and bookmarks.bak (I'm not sure what you can do with the 2nd file as I've never had to try anything with it)
These files are usually located on C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.oam\
the folder after profiles depends on how you've setup Firefox. default.oam is likely the name of the folder if you haven't setup other profiles, if you have then there should be other folders to poke around in, but the bookmarks files will be under one of the folders that you see in the Profiles folder.
