Not sure if anybody else around these parts has the really awesome ability to attain canker sores at the drop of a hat. Basically every time I bite my lip fairly hard I am guaranteed a brutal canker sore for the next 10 days. I assume this has something to do with my diet and or saliva, but in truth I'm just guessing.

Anybody have a remedy for these? I'm about ready to freak out over here.
