All you need is dumbells (or resistance bands) and a chin-up bar. No barbells, no heavy weight equipment / gym membership... nothing like that.
There are other things though that can enhance the experience with added investment, such as a scale, a BODY FAT CALIPER (lol), a stopwatch, and of course, an investment into the food you eat.
