A butcher in Kensington would work well. You'd better hurry though, because I'm sure Janice Beaton is going to do something about it real soon.
Second to None Meats is also one of the only shops in western Canada that will sell dry aged steak. It is about $20 a steak but worth every cent. YOu don't even know how steak truly tastes until you have tried dry aged.
