1) Bank account, stocks/bonds
2) Equity in home
3) In telling you "if you wait it out you'll win"
4) Her Lawyer tells her the same damn thing
5) Both lawyers probably get together for a few drinks and plan what to do with the money from the couples house and bank accounts.

When a Lawyer has the nerve of taking a 5 grand retainer from you and then charge $93.60 for a 2 page fax (numerous times) to the other Lawyer I know where their hearts are. yes i know even Lawyers would have feelings for this tragedy but facts are they are money hungry creaps who don't give a crap about the people they represent.

The sooner the courts ban Lawyers from divorce the better society will be, every divorce should go threw mediation.
