I'm sorry Sly if you think it's touchy, I'm just being honest and I honestly believe that I'm correct and just saying so. We have awards in this league and that makes things fun... but I would really like to see some awards to go to the SIM players that deserve such honours rather then the NHL person's performance. Plus I'm not asking for credit for Hill, he wasn't even close to being an MVP... thats pretty much what my point is. and as for being the top pairing that shut down those three teams... you would have to ask them but from what I've seen from the Sharks their top pairing was Ohlund and Allen

I'm one of those people that believe that the award should go to the best player for the playoffs and not just the best name player on the stanley cup winning team.

I would be voicing this just as much if I was ousted in the first round. You watch things closely Sly an whatever your pick is is cool by me and I no you have your reasons... but I highly doubt others cared enough to vote past a name

loob had it right, I bet if you ask the GM's Hawks, Oilers Wings, Canes... and also the Thrashers, Penguins, Sabres, Sharks who beat them I think you would have a far better perspective of who the MVP was.

either or it's a dead horse now, hopefully a couple things I've said helps a couple SIM players in the year end awards
