That is insane that they actually do that. I'd be pretty ticked off if I opened my suitcase and the thing reeked of weed. I mean, I don't mind the smell so much, but it would seriously piss me off that they were fooling around with my gear when they could easily spring for a dummy suitcase for this purpose.
And can you imagine if the person did indeed get caught somewhere else with the weed? Wasn't there a story about an aussie chick that's in jail in Indonesia or something for drugs that she claims were not hers? Hearing stuff like this kinda makes you think.
