Alright I'm probably on the wrong board for this question, but the girl says she's never had one before so she has no idea how to do it, so I'm looking for alternative help. I got my first ever blackhead like 3 weeks ago, it's a gooder. I dont mean those tiny, tiny ones that you get on your nose sometimes, this one's a doozy. It's the size of a small pimple, it's the certified real deal. At first I figured I'd just keep my face clean, and eventually it'd take care of itself. But here we are three weeks later, and it hasn't shrunk at all. So how in the blue hell do I go about gettin this badboy off my nose?

I searched Google and from all accounts it sounds like you need to stay the hell away from trying to pop it, as it can cause permanent damage to your skin. A girl I know told me thats over-paranoid crap, she says just give er. I dont know if I completely trust her though, so before I go buck on tryin to pop this thing, can anyone clarify exactly what I should do(outside from having to wait two months to see a damn dermatologist, I want this thing off my face!)
