strangely enough I liked the Mummy franchise, but have been pretty indifferent to the Indiana Jones series. I suppose I liked the Mummy because it was camp and obviously had a B-movie aesthetic to it, which I tend to like.

I probably won't bother to watch the new Indy 'til it comes out on DVD, but I'm glad they resuscitated it. So many fans waiting for this installment... kind of cool!
