If it's actually true, the way some people smoke, drive, talk on the phone and eat, they would be absolutely SMASHED behind the wheel in comparison to someone who's a few bevvies over. Not justifying, just thought it was an interesting comparison.

Plus, there are days when that smoking, cell phone yakking, burger munching driver has a head cold/allergies and has taken a double dose of anti-histamines just to put a nice glow on his overall state of euphoria. Truly, drinkers aren't the only people who are a menace to society and need to be handed a blind fold and a cigarette. Wait, cigarettes are politically incorrect ... better just give him a stick of sugarless gum with that blind fold.
