For a good deal, that'd be pretty hard to pass up. But for me personally, I could see myself havin a major problem with livin in a house where somethin like that went down. Maybe it's wussy, but that's how it is. I'd be constantly creeped out, and any unexplained sound at night would have my hair standing up, I can totally see it.
