Fact of the matter is, i want to be able to choose in my life and having a government tell me by law that things like smoking and whatever else is not acceptable in my own property is too far. People do have allergic reactions to perfume and cologne.

I tend to agree. However there are responsible people out there that do not believe in the second hand smoke argument.
