The triple murder house in Medicine Hat sold last year. I think it was at least $50,000 underpriced. I wouldn't really have an issue with buying the place in the OP but something fresh like the Med Hat house wouldn't fly with me. I bet everyone in the Hat knows where it is. I don't even live there but the times I have driven past I look over and get the creeps.
