Meh I'll believe it when this stuff is actually enforced. What are the cops gonna do, sit by the side of the road and wait for people to fly by taking a puff?
Next thing you know they'll be kicking in the doors of people who smoke and haul them out into the streets and throw them into jail.
The real villains in all of this are the governments that continue to allow cigarette's to be legal at all. We know what kind of harm they can do, so why not just yank them off the shelf. Oh ya...it's all the tax we collect on them...thats why they're legal...
