I couldn't live in a house where a family member died I don't think. Just because. I don't believe in ghosts, I just think it would be too creepy. If it was a particularly violent death, I would also have second thoughts, but if the deal was good enough, I think I would do it.
As for grow op houses, I think I would be staying away. I would be too worried about the house being in poor shape due to mold and other issues related to having had marijuana growing inside.

My friends Mom hung herself in her bedroom closet. 1 year later, Daddy moves his new girlfriend in the house and they still use the closet and the same bedroom. My sister cleaned the closet out after she died in it, she said there was fingernail marks all over the walls. Wonder if they at least filled the holes.
