Getting fixed for a woman doesn't mean menstruation stops. She's having the tubes that deliver egg to the uterus clamped. No delivery system - no babies. She would need to have a hysterectomy - the complete removal of her uterus to stop menstruation. And this will only bring on menopause earlier because her hormone levels will drop. Any decent doctor won't perform this unless theres a very good reason - like cancer.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you believe that a menopausal woman is less likely to suffer migraines, then you are mistaken. She might get rid of the cramps but she'll have hot flashes instead that will bring her to her knees. Not only that, but the drop in hormones may reduce her libido, so you'd be less likely to get some on a daily basis.
