Sourcewatch is a fairly reputable organization that looks at nonprofits orgs. They take a look at funding of the nonprofits and also don't give a glowing review of PETA. Also if you look at the other site they link to actual articles from sources such as the Washington Post that decry Rick Berman.
You should actually read more articles from sourcewatch before decrying it as having an agenda or you could just assume they are bias because that's the best way to not have to make a valid point. They do lean to the left but they aren't funded by anyone who is making money off their content.
