I think the deja vu was from a thread about being dissed after doing a good deed...
As to what your choices are:
-all employers have the right to fire anyone for absolutely no reason. They either have to give them notice (depending on how long she worked there) or pay them out in lieu of earned notice. It sucks, but is life.
-If the employer were to say she got fired because of reasons not true when called for a reference that would be slanderous and THEN you can sue the
-Lastly: just be happy with the revenge of knowing that Kevin(?) will have to wake up every morning, turn over and have to look at CH (I saw the picture on the webite...shudder) and that the owners will (hopefully) go out of business, because seriously: Who goes to BRANSON to watch Japanese theatre?!?!?!?!
