What do you hope to get from suing for wrongful termination? If you are simply wanting your wife to get her job back, then good on ya... but does she even want it back? It will never be the same again. Now, if she has received her up to date paycheques and more money is what you are looking for, then sadly I'm on the greed boat. Turn around and focus on better opportunities elsewhere.

I asked my wife that same question

My wife said its wrong to treat employees like that. She doesnt think of the money when she considers legal action , she is thinking to bring it to the attention of the company that the treatment she went through is unfair and wrong . By even considering legal action my wife believes it will prevent them from doing it in the future....

but i think i will ask my wife if you do have any monetary gain from it , and if your not doing it for money, then would you donate all the money you would receive to charity?
