I think this would be more of a hit and run, and rule 71b in the bro code is to encourage any and all quick hits. Dating would just be waaaaay too awkward and like you guys have said, create tension.

Exactly. I dunno dude, I'd say stay away. My buddy dumped his gf years ago and she started callin me a month later, presumably to talk about him(so she said). For some reason I went along with it, but soon discovered she was goin for me. She was damn hot, and I was in a rut, so I thought about it(haha alot), but ultimately declinded. Fast forward to a year later, and they're dating again, and now another couple years later, he's thinking about proposing. Guaranteed she was just usin me, I'm SO glad I didn't do it, that would've been one less friend for sure. I say stay away, it ain't worth it. Even if he says its cool, I bet it really isn't.
